Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $4.99 or free on orders over $50.

Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@waxkeep.com and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

Returned products must be in resalable condition. We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
