We want you to be completely satisfied with your Waxkeep purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@waxkeep.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@waxkeep.com. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened cleaning solutions cannot be returned for safety reasons. Gift cards are non-refundable.
